Rigid linear system with Flex connection and PWM control
Parallel Flex L is a 24 V rigid linear LED system designed for lateral backlighting, which incorporates two key improvements over traditional systems:
- Flexible connection between modules (Flex Connector)
- Professional control via PWM Converter
Its architecture allows efficient, stable and controllable installations to be built without the need for complex wiring.

Available models and configurations
Parallel Flex L is available in different configurations to adapt to each project:
| Model | Configuration |
|---|---|
| Flex L2 | Compact format |
| Flex L3 | Medium configuration |
| Flex L6 | High coverage |
| Flex L2+ / L3+ / L6+ | Higher power versions |
The choice of model depends on the size of the project, the depth of the lightbox and the level of illumination required.
Main technical parameters
- Power supply: 24 V DC
- Dimming: Dimmable by PWM Converter 30khz without flicker
- Optics: 10° – 30° (side directed illumination)
- CRI: >80 / 9050
- Color temperatures: 1,800K – 6500k
- Efficiency: up to ≈120 lm/W
- Lifetime: >50,000 h Ceramic LEDs
- Protection: IP44 (indoor use)
🔌 Dimming and lighting control
Parallel Flex L allows PWM dimming:
- Compatible with Actilum PWM Converter
- Integration with external control systems
- Flicker-free operation with dimmer
This allows the lighting to be adapted to different scenes and project needs without compromising stability and light quality.
Installation requirements
- Dissipation recommended, not mandatory.
- Indoor use (IP44)
- Not submersible
- Non-replaceable LEDs
- Use of suitable connectors (avoid power strips)
Flex connection system
The system incorporates a flexible connector between modules, which replaces traditional wiring.
Key benefits
- Quick connection without wire stripping
- Reduction of electrical errors on site
- Ease of maintenance and replacement
Important: the flexibility is in the connection, not in the LED module.
⚡ Smooth start-up and stability
Parallel Flex L incorporates integrated soft-start, which brings
- Peak current reduction
- Increased system protection
- Smooth start-up without glare
- Better performance in long lines
- Longer service life of power supplies.
This point is key in projects with multiple modules or high electrical load.
Configuration in lightbox
The system is optimized for lateral backlighting in medium depth light boxes.
The distribution depends on:
- Lightbox depth
- Diffuser type
- Interior finish (recommended matte white)
Uniformity is obtained by module distribution, not by optical panel.
Technical approach to the system
Parallel Flex L is designed for:
- Adjustable side backlighting
- Fast and safe installations
- Linear systems with intensity control
- Diffuse and advertising lighting
Not intended for:
- Homogeneous panel-type surfaces
- General direct lighting
- Systems without intensity control
Electrical limits and connection
To guarantee correct operation:
- Respect maximum power per line
- Load sharing between power supplies
- Avoid cross-connections between sources
- Sizing the system according to total consumption
Always follow professional installation criteria to avoid voltage drops.
