Selective lighting engineering
Luxpanel™ Dot 24 V is an etched optical panel based lighting system designed to emit light only in defined areas of the material.
Its operation is based on the lateral injection of light (edge-lit) into an optical PMMA panel, combined with a selective etching pattern that guides the light to the designed areas.
Unlike homogeneous backlit panels, this system allows to obtain:
- High contrast (illuminated areas and dark background)
- Reduction of energy consumption
- Precise visual control of the design
This approach makes it a technical solution for targeted and customized backlighting.
