Lighting for high visibility projects

Parallel L is used in projects where the lighting must cover large surfaces efficiently, by means of edge lighting and modular configuration.

It is a solution oriented to visual communication, retail and architecture, where light must be integrated with the design and guarantee visibility in medium and large formats.

Large format signage

Objective: to maximize visibility and performance in large-scale signage.

Typical applications:

  • Backlit corpóreas letters
  • Interior and exterior illuminated signs
  • Advertising light boxes
  • Large format signage

Technical advantage:
Allows to cover large surfaces by combining modules, adapting to real sign dimensions and optimizing consumption and distribution.

Approach to use

Parallel L is designed for large-format modular side backlighting.

Not intended for:

  • Completely homogeneous optical surfaces
  • Optimized minimum depth chambers
  • Direct general lighting
  • Dynamic or addressable effects

Medium and large format lightboxes

Objective: efficient backlighting on large surfaces with beam control.

Typical applications:

  • Advertising signs
  • Retail light boxes
  • Backlit graphic panels
  • Showcases

Technical basis:

  • Concentrated optics (10°-30°) for side illumination
  • Edge-controlled distribution
  • Modularity according to system size

Uniformity is built by lateral distribution of modules, not by optical panel.

Unlike systems optimized for very shallow cameras, Parallel L works at medium depths, where power and directional control are decisive.

Linear lighting for architecture

Objective: to generate controlled lines of light as part of the design of the space.

Typical applications:

  • Perimeter wall lighting
  • Ceiling light lines
  • Integration in furniture
  • Linear elements in retail

Result:

Allows the construction of visual paths or spatial hierarchies by means of directed light.

It is not intended as main general lighting, but as a technical solution integrated in backlighting or accent lighting systems.

Neon lightbox and high contrast graphics

Objective: to enhance visual impact in graphic applications.

Typical applications:

  • Lightbox with fluorescent printing
  • High contrast visual campaigns
  • Displays with neon effect

Differential advantage:

The Neon version enhances blue and red tones, generating greater saturation and visual contrast in communication applications.

Curved surfaces and geometries

Objective: to adapt lighting to non-linear designs.

Typical applications:

  • Curved letters
  • Organic structures
  • Three-dimensional elements
  • Special projects

Parallel L allows working on irregular geometries, extending its use beyond straight light boxes.

When Parallel L brings more value

This system is particularly suitable when the project requires:

  • Covering medium to large surfaces
  • Working with directed side lighting
  • Modular power and distribution
  • Resolve signage or visual communication
  • Optimize consumption in large format lightboxes
  • Adapt to complex geometries
