A lighting professional and enthusiast, Anna has over 12 years of international marketing roles in global lighting companies. She currently works at the LED innovator NICHIA as the European business development manager.

NICHIA takes great pride in being the technology leader and world’s largest LED manufacturer. Founded in 1956 in Japan, NICHIA developed and commercialized the first high brightness blue LED in 1993. In 1996 NICHIA invented the white LEDs, an innovation that changed the world. Having worked in B2C and B2B lighting companies, Anna understands the complex lighting market. Her portfolio of business and marketing works displays her expertise in strategically communicating the light products’ how and not the what alone.

Dr. Enrique Strelow is known in scientific circles for his work in NeuroScience especially at the point of sale. He was the first one who used fMRI to predict sales at the actual point of sale.

In recent years Enrique has concentrated on the effect of various lighting conditions on Shopper behavior at the point of sale. Just now he is conducting a series of scientific studies to investigate the effect of human centered lighting at the point of sale on Shopper behavior.

Dennice was born in Mexico, she lived in the USA and currently in Barcelona, she is Design Development Manager at Carolina Herrera, CH has given her the opportunity to narrow her expertise in luxury retail. She is the responsible of the brand’s in store permanent image and for implementing new solutions in a 360 scope, customer centric, phygital experiences and sustainability.

She studied at Fresno State University in California and she has a master’s degree in architecture and sustainability at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Her portfolio and career includes diverse companies from small architectural firms to leading big brands such as Mango & Carolina Herrera from Puig Group.

Catalina Maldonado works as a Sustainability & Technology officer at Actilum, developing lighting technology related to Human Centric Lighting, retailtainment & Ag tech, she worked 12 years as a project manager at top biotechnological and pharmaceutical such as (Novartis, Eli Lilly, ICON Clinical Research) and Arcelormittal (automation). Communication & Leadership Coach, Lecturer at Elisava, UIC, GBSB and TedxBarcelona Organizer.
