Mounting

Cable welding

We solder the wires to the led strip on the pads with the use of tin and a soldering iron at 350ºC.

Dip the soldering iron into the Flux paste to improve adhesion to the solder joints.

Use heat shrink tape to insulate the connections.

Welding between sections

Tin the pads of the LED strips with a soldering iron at 350ºC.

Use Flux paste for soldering.
Do not overlap LED strip pads.

Use heat shrink tape to insulate the joints between sections of LED strips.

Corner welding

Do not use pressure brackets, use a 0.3 mm stiff wire stripped and bent at 90º.

Apply solder to the pads and then solder the rigid wire. Dip the soldering iron in Flux paste.

Use heat shrink tape to insulate the connections.

Mounting on Flex Cover profile

Place the module completely centered and flat on the profile. Fix the LED strip in the center of the profile using the adhesive.

Protector and cover

Insert the protector by sliding it along the profile.

Remove the plastic covering the protector.

Close the assembly with the covers.

This component is for indoor use due to its IP44 protection (to achieve better sealing you must close it in a space that guarantees the required IP). IP-65 option is possible on request. Regularly check the cable, transformer and all other components for damage. If any component is damaged, the product should not be used. Important information! Keep these instructions for future reference.

The light source of this product consists of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) that cannot be replaced. Do not disassemble the product; the LEDs may cause eye damage. Do not immerse in water.
